Now that you are a CWQA member in good standing (that means the yearly fees are paid), you have the opportunity to link your water treatment related business web site to the CWQA for a nominal yearly fee of only $25.00.

This service is offered on a yearly rotation (calendar year) and will be renewed with yearly CWQA membership payment and this extra fee of $25.00/year.

To add your water treatment related business link to the CWQA (Colorado Water Quality Association), fill in this form and then click the "Submit" button to send the form via e-mail to the CWQA. Simultaneously print a copy of this form and send it along with your check for your yearly fee of $25.00 to the address listed below. You will be linked to our site within 10 days from the date we receive payment and you may review your "addition" on the active members roster for added exposure of your business and commitment to our industry.
