CWQA Membership Application Offers you membership in your state organization and all its member benefits.
CWQA Web Site Link Application Once you are a CWQA member in good standing and your business offers a web site related to the water treatment industry, you may want to link your business web site to our CWQA web site for greater exposure of your services.
CWQA Conference Registration Lets you conveniently register for our upcoming conference in Boulder, CO from October 2nd through October 4th, 2009.
Hotel Reservation This link will take care of your lodging needs while attending the conference this October. The lower reserved room rates are guaranteed until September 11th, 2009. Book early and save money.
WQA Certification Application This form enables you to sign up for the WQA certification tests during the CWQA conference in October (Friday afternoon) and tutoring (Friday morning) by a WQA official. As you can see on the form, rates for testing and tutoring are cheaper if you are also a member of the National WQA.
WQA Membership Application If you already are a member of the State organization (CWQA), broaden your horizon and the endless opportunities on a nationwide level by joining the WQA. There is a yearly convention that takes place every March and a Mid-Year conference in September. See the "big picture." Study books, certification tests, tutoring and other services are cheaper for members of the WQA. It's an immediate savings on your initial membership investment.
