Association Profile

The CWQA Officers are voted in for two-year terms of service as part of the fall conferences in September. The Past Active Officers and Board Members have built and maintained good working relationships with the legislative bodies governing our/your business. A treasury is maintained and funded through membership dues and meeting registrations to be available if necessary to fight possible legislation that may be harmful to your business.

As the industry spokesperson in Colorado, CWQA concentrates on issues of state and local importance, while the Water Quality Association (WQA) works at the national level.

Because of the combined efforts of these two involved trade associations, the consumer is assured of doing business with a water professional that is up to date with education, technology, standards and practices.
